Professional EICR Certificates in Greater Manchester

An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is an in-depth inspection and test of the fixed wiring, fuse board, sockets and switches in your property. For homeowners, an EICR is recommended every 10 years and whenever purchasing a property so you know the wiring is safe. For landlords, an EICR is required at least every 5 years by law.

We test the wiring, check the earthing and bonding, and inspect every circuit. Any issues found are coded under standard industry classifications: C1 for danger present, C2 for potentially dangerous, C3 for improvement recommended, or FI for further investigation. A C1 or C2 result makes the report unsatisfactory. An EICR on a house usually takes 2 to 4 hours.

When the inspection is complete, Kyle issues your formal written report detailing each circuit, test readings, and any recommendations so you have complete peace of mind.
